Goldbroker.com Spot Prices

This post displays up-to-date gold and silver spot prices from goldbroker.com.  The purpose of this post is to give a clean web page that can be used by applications such as Microsoft Excel to import precious metals spot prices.

Though precious metals are usually represented in USD, NZD is obviously more useful for people buying these metals in New Zealand so more than one widget is loaded on this page.  This page loads about 33% faster than the slower Gold and Silver Spot Prices page, but appears to convert spot prices from USD to NZD at bank mid-rates.  This means that it tends to show lower NZD spot prices for silver and gold than you’d actually get from a New Zealand dealer.
